Courteous staff, immaculate room, in general I loved this gorgeous hotel. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, coffee and tea making equipment in the room.

The venue was fairly clean, offered very good location and rooms. The breakfast had lots of options and included cereal, fruit, fresh bread and pastries. We thoroughly enjoyed this place.

hotel was fairly clean and in an easy location, staff was efficient. large and decent sized room, with a so so comfy bed. i appreciated the italian cuisine served here. very thoughtful customer service too.

It was a very enjoyable experience. The breakfast had lots of food, like pastries, coffee, croissants, fresh fruit and breads. Superb view of garden. There was a good sized restaurant, shops and a market next door.

Our favorite hotel in Rouen, staff was very professional. The room was very tidy and airconditioned and the breakfast was very good! The atmosphere created here was relaxed. Room was spaceous and had an amazing view.

Peaceful location, stylish room, as well as ADORABLE staff. All in all it's fairly clean place, they have really comfy beds. You could walk to stores and a market.

We liked it and would recommend the place. Quiet room, hotel in a favourable location. Shops and the markets were right next door. The bed was comfy and pillows too.

Loyal staff and incredible location! Good beds. For dinner we chose Restaurant la Couronne, that was 100 metres from the hotel. Everything we wanted to see, such as gros horloge was a short walk to the venue...
